The wind howled across the scorched plains of the Demon World, carrying whispers of battles long buried and secrets still festering. Ash fell like snow, coating the obsidian ruins of the once-great citadel. At its heart, a lone figure knelt—his cloak torn, his blade trembling in his grip.

 “This can’t be how it ends,” he muttered, voice cracking. “Not after everything I’ve done. Not after all the sacrifices I’ve made. Not when I’m so close to finding the King…”

A shadow stirred behind him. Ancient. Familiar. “Sit down, my son,” said the voice, deep as thunder and weary as time. “There is more about the situations here in the Demon World I haven’t told you yet.”

The young warrior turned, eyes wide. His father—once a general of the Celestial Vanguard, now a ghost of his former self—stood beneath the fractured moonlight.

 “The relationships here… they’re complex,” the father continued. “In the past, we fought merely for the sake of fighting. Honor. Power. Revenge. But things have changed. This is your inheritance. Your duty.”The son’s grip tightened on the hilt of the X-Blade, its edge flickering with  unstable light. “Can you remember anything else?” he asked, voice low. “Father… the one who exposed us to that dark magic..th unstable light.

  the concept of this album is inspired by a joe rogan podcast i was listening to with my brother, where there was a part where he was talk about how we don't do big trials for "right of passage" into manhood anymore. which for some reason it never occurred to me before but eventually inspired this album idea which the title is from a line from the movie Ernest goes to camp.. the idea of the album.
