The Omega Disemion: Epilogue of the Rose

The shadows inside the temple prison seemed to breathe, curling like dark smoke around the cold stone walls where Valtor stood, his gaze fixed on the girl standing before him. She wasn't like the others—he could feel the sheer, overwhelming resonance of her power humming in the air, a familiar warmth that tugged at the back of his mind as if he had known her across a thousand forgotten lifetimes. Yet, beneath that ancient familiarity, the question remained: Who is she really?
"You shouldn't be scared, Bloom," Valtor said, his voice a smooth, calculated glide through the oppressive silence. "I'm sure you have heard many bad things about me... but you know how people tend to exaggerate."
"Why are you doing this, Valtor? What do you want?" Bloom demanded, her hands tightening around the strange rose medallion that had materialized the moment she agreed to fight them.
From the shadows, Mikey from Digimon Fusion clenched his fists, his voice tight with sudden, chilling realization. "We just have to keep looking... wait. Mikey was telling me the truth when he said this wasn't just a game. If I get destroyed in this world, I may never get home again."
High above them, imprisoned within the deepest sanctum of the fortress, Darkar’s fury shook the foundations of the temple. "I sent you simple instructions, yet you lost the crystal!" Darkar shouted down at Valtor and the three ancient witches.
Valtor didn't flinch. He merely smiled, his eyes locking onto Bloom’s burning, uncertain gaze as he delivered the truth of their entire struggle.
"Because people who have no hopes are easy to control," Valtor answered, the dark power of the realm surging around him, "and whoever has the control... has the power!"
