Heart of the Shattered Earth: Valtor and the 13 Darknesses

The air in the void between realms smelled of ozone, burnt stardust, and ancient, rotting magic.
High above the shattered remnants of the Celestial Realm, Xehanort hovered, his gold eyes gleaming with ruthless triumph. Below him lay the disintegrated husks of two cosmic threats—Darkar, the Shadow Phoenix, reduced to ash, and Isshiki Otsutsuki, his divine soul shattered into fading embers.
"The thirteen darknesses shall be united," Xehanort cackled, his voice echoing through the fracture lines of reality. "The last vessel shall bear my heart like the rest!"
He turned toward the silhouette stepping out of a dark corridor. A cruel, familiar aura pulsed from the newcomer, radiating imperial dominance and ancient malice.
"Momoshiki... is that really you?" Xehanort mused, a phantom smile touching his lips.
"It sure is nice being free like this," Momoshiki replied, flexing his newly restored hands, free from the confines of Boruto’s Karma. He cast a sideways glance toward a tall, regal figure standing beside him, wrapped in a cloak of liquid shadows and crimson fire.
"You're free now, Prince Phobos," Momoshiki added dryly. "Valtor has been destroyed. But I guess in your case, freedom will be only fleeting."
Phobos adjusted his heavy velvet cape, a cold smile playing on his pale lips. "Valtor was a tool. Useful, but ultimately fragile."
From the shadows across the fractured arena, a bright violet light flared. Will Vandom stepped forward, the Heart of Kandrakar pulsing violently against her chest, casting a protective shield around Queen Elyon of Meridian. Behind them, Bloom stood with her Dragon Flame blazing, her eyes wide with shock as a third shadow detached itself from Phobos's cloak.
Long, pale hair. Icy blue eyes. A dark coat stained with the magic of the Dragon’s Flame.
Valtor.
"Who will you save?" Xehanort taunted, his Keyblade appearing in a flash of dark lightning. "Kandrakar? Or Domino?"
"I beat you once already!" Bloom cried out, her voice trembling with a mix of fury and disbelief as she stared at the sorcerer. "How did you come back?!"
Valtor took a slow step forward, his laughter smooth, deep, and deeply unsettling. "After you destroyed me, Bloom, I drifted across the Magic Universe as nothing more than raw, unformed dark magic... until Prince Phobos found me."
Valtor looked toward Phobos, nodding in dark reverence. "Unhappy with life, blinded by rage after his overthrow, Phobos called to me from the depths of his cell. He managed to use the power of the Stars and the Mystic Heart to channel my energy. In exchange, I granted him my dark magic and made him King of Meridian once more."
"You made him a monster!" Elyon shouted, her glowing aura flared with the light of the Heart of Meridian. "He almost destroyed our world!"
"Phobos's selection as guardian of Meridian may have been so he'd have the power to protect his sisters," Valtor purred, his eyes locked on the two young women holding the balance of the multiverse in their hands. He gestured broadly to Will and Elyon. "Will Vandom... and Queen Elyon. The Heart of Meridian, and the Heart of Kandrakar."
Xehanort stepped forward, raising his x-blade as the ultimate darkness gathered behind him, intertwining the shadows of the Otsutsuki, the Fire of Domino, and the dark magic of the Metamoor royalty.
"And now," Xehanort whispered, "their hearts belong to the Union
