One thousand years ago, superstition and the sword ruled the kingdom. It was a time of darkness — a world of fear, where whispers of cursed bloodlines and forbidden magic echoed through crumbling castles and moonlit forests. The sky itself seemed to mourn, veiled in perpetual stormclouds, as tyrants and zealots clashed for dominion over a fractured realm.

In the ruins of the old capital, beneath the shattered spires of the Temple of Echoes, a figure in a black cloak emerged from the mist.

Gary, once a knight of the Celestial Order, stepped forward, his voice trembling.  

“Is that really you, Ash? Did you summon us back here?”

The figure turned, revealing a face half-hidden by shadows and time.  

“Haven’t heard that name in a long while,” he said. “These days they call me Madara. But whatever suits you.”

Gary’s grip tightened around his blade. He remembered Ash — the boy who once wept beneath the stars, who swore to protect the realm from the corruption of magic. But this man… this Madara… radiated something else. Something ancient. Something dangerous.

“I’ve worn many faces since then,” Madara continued, his voice low and electric. “But it’s still me underneath it all. And now, the cycle begins anew.”

From the storm above, a bolt of lightning struck the earth behind him, illuminating a sigil etched into the stone — the mark of Genkai, the Lightning Emperor.

“Soon,” Madara whispered, “everything will be returned to its rightful place. The true power of magic will belong to me. Genkai… reborn.”

The wind howled. The ruins trembled. And somewhere deep beneath the earth, the old gods stirred.
