Sleepy Hollow: The Last Verdict & Tales from the Tombstone Power Pop Type Beat
🌌 The Witching Hour of Sakura Yuei 🌌
It was the very witching hour of night, when the veil between worlds thinned and the wind whispered secrets through the trees. Sakura Yuei stood at the edge of the Forgotten Vale, her cloak billowing like smoke, her eyes reflecting the last flickers of starlight. One by one, the stars blinked out, as if the sky itself were holding its breath.
She clutched the deck of enchanted cards close to her chest. Each card pulsed with ancient magic—some benevolent, some volatile. The Locator Card was missing, and without it, the gates to the Castle of Echoes would remain sealed. Rumors said the castle held the last surviving relic of the Moonborn Era, a time when magic flowed freely and the world still remembered its dreams.
"You know, Sakura Yuei," murmured the voice of her companion, a spectral fox named Kuro, "I may not be able to predict everything that will happen to you. The journey is never over. The world’s magic is always changing."
Sakura nodded. "My adventure won’t end until I pass these cards on. Until someone else is ready to bear the weight."
Suddenly, the ground trembled. A figure emerged from the mist—a stranger cloaked in obsidian armor, eyes glowing with a faint violet hue. He raised his blade, but did not strike.
"I have no quarrel with you, stranger," Sakura said calmly, her fingers brushing the edge of the Summoner Card. "But I also don’t mind taking down anyone who gets in our way."
The battle was swift, a clash of spells and steel. Sakura beat him, her cards glowing with triumphant light. She thought it was over.
But then the air split open.
A rogue spirit detective—once a guardian of balance, now corrupted by grief—had opened the Gates of Hell. Shadows poured forth, twisting the landscape into a nightmare of fire and memory. The stars were gone. The moon bled silver.
"You want the Locator Card?" the detective hissed, his voice echoing with a thousand regrets. "Then be prepared for anything."
Sakura stepped forward, her deck glowing with defiance. She wasn’t just a card wielder anymore. She was the last hope of a world unraveling.
And the journey was far from over.
