High atop the Skyfang Mountains, where the wind whispered secrets and the stars blinked like ancient eyes, a lone warrior stood beneath the velvet night. His armor shimmered faintly in the moonlight, but his heart felt heavy, as if the weight of unseen sorrow clung to him like mist.

He didn’t know why.

Not truly.

The ache was nameless, yet persistent—like a song half-remembered from a dream.

Below him, the world slumbered. Forests curled into shadow, rivers glowed with moonlight, and the ruins of old temples pulsed faintly with forgotten magic. But above—above was where the story truly began.

The Millennium Comet tore across the sky, its tail a blazing arc of golden fire. As it passed, the Star King emerged from the constellation throne, his voice echoing through the ether:

"Make your wish, child of dusk. But make it count."

And from the tears of the comet, the Millennial Rain fell—soft, shimmering droplets that awakened the ancient being known as Jirachi, the Wishing Star. Bound by celestial law, Jirachi stirred only once every thousand years, and only when the criteria were met: a heart pure in pain, and a wish untainted by greed.

The warrior made his wish.

Not for power.

Not for glory.

But for connection.

And in that moment, Jirachi smiled—and gave him a friend.

But wishes are fragile things.

They fold like paper stars in the hands of time.

And you only get one.

Lately, the skies had grown restless. A distortion—a shimmering tear between realms—had formed between the mortal world and the Spirit Domain, where memories and emotions took shape. The ancient gates at the River Styx, once guarded by spectral sentinels, had been bypassed.

Instead, Digital Monsters—beings born of data, emotion, and forgotten dreams—had begun to pour through the rift. Some came seeking refuge. Others came with darker intent. They were not meant to be here. Not yet.

The warrior, now bonded with Jirachi, stood as the last sentinel of the Skyfang. His sword hummed with starlight. His shield bore the sigil of the Star King. And in the distance, the comet’s trail began to fade.

He knew the distortion had to be sealed.

But to do so, he would need to journey into the Spirit Domain itself—where forgotten wishes, broken bonds, and digital phantoms awaited.

And so, beneath the fading glow of the Millennial Comet, he whispered to the stars:

"Let my wish be the bridge. Let my pain be the key."

The portal shimmered.

The journey began.
