The Cyber Battle, Ghost Sleuth & Strength of Rising Hard Rock Type Beat
The voice came first.
A whisper carried on the wind, sharp as broken glass:
"Don’t get sentimental, detective."
I froze. The words weren’t mine, but they cut through the night like a blade. And then I saw him—the rogue detective, his trench coat torn, his eyes hollow with secrets too heavy for mortals. He was prying open the gates of the underworld, the iron doors groaning as if they remembered every soul that had passed through.
The air thickened. Shadows bled into the earth. I knew what this meant: the world was unraveling again, and I was the one who had to stitch it back together.
They would take him to the witch’s house.
The witch who lived beyond the gates, where few return. Her house was a labyrinth of mirrors and bones, a place where even memory could be devoured.
I clenched my fists.
"I have no quarrel with strangers," I muttered, my voice low, dangerous. "But you better stay out of my way."
Because this time, I would become something more. A super warrior. Not by choice, but by necessity.
The Transformation
Taki and Koji stood beside me, their faces pale in the torchlight. They needed to know how. How I would rise. How I would fight.
The answer was not in steel or fire, but in sacrifice.
• Blood of Resolve: To step through the gates, I must surrender a memory—something precious, something that anchors me to humanity. Only then would the underworld grant me strength.
• Armor of Echoes: Forged from the cries of those who never returned, it would cling to me, a spectral shield that turns sorrow into power.
• Blade of Becoming: A weapon born from my own doubt, sharpened by every failure I’ve carried. It would cut not flesh, but destiny itself.
The witch would test me. She would ask me to choose between saving the detective or saving the world. And in that choice, the warrior would be born.
The Warning
The gates loomed, black and endless. I felt the weight of countless eyes staring from the dark.
"Few who enter return," Koji whispered.
"Then we’ll be the few," I answered.
The rogue detective’s laughter echoed from beyond, twisted and hollow. He thought he was the puppeteer, but he had no idea the strings were already in my hands.
The witch’s house awaited.
The world trembled.
And I stepped forward, ready to carve my legend in the bones of the underworld.
