The air in the heart of Meridian was thick with the scent of ozone and ancient magic. Prince Phobos stood atop the balcony of his darkening palace, his eyes narrowed with a cold, flickering fury.

​"Lord Cedric!" Phobos shouted, his voice echoing against the cold stone walls. "I am becoming impatient for good news!"

​From the shadows slithered Cedric, his form undulating between man and serpent. The creature that had once tried to brainwash Phobos and seize the kingdom for himself now bowed low, his tongue flickering with a sinister confidence.

​"Patience, my Prince," Cedric hissed, his voice a dry rasp. "I have found an inversion point between the castle and the bookstore on Earth. It will provide the perfect cover for finding your estranged sister, Elyon. Follow them, my Hunter... we shall need them all soon."

​Cedric’s eyes glowed with a sickly yellow light. "The time has come for my arrival. But before I step foot in Battle City, I have one more task to complete. Then, the power of Meridian shall be mine!"

​An Unexpected Alliance

​Phobos, however, was no fool. He knew Cedric’s hunger for power would eventually swallow them both. He needed a different kind of strength—one that didn't rely on treachery.

​Crossing through the rift, Phobos found himself in a neutral zone where worlds collided. Standing there were three figures who looked wildly out of place in the magical gloom: Yusuke Urameshi, Yugi Muto, and Ash Ketchum.

​"Listen well," Phobos commanded, though his tone held a rare note of urgency. "The serpent Cedric has a wicked scheme to overthrow Elyon. But he is not acting alone."

​The three heroes looked at one another. Yugi tightened his grip on his deck, while Yusuke cracked his knuckles.

​"Get to the point, Prince," Yusuke muttered. "Who’s backing him?"

​"The stakes are higher than your kingdom," Phobos revealed. "Sakyo and Darts are helping him. They seek to merge the darkness of the Spirit World and the Orichalcos with the power of Meridian. If they succeed, Battle City will be the first to fall, and your worlds will be next."

​Ash adjusted his cap, Pikachu sparking with electricity on his shoulder. "We're not letting that happen. If they're teaming up, then so are we."

​The Battle Lines are Drawn

​The group looked toward the shimmering inversion point. On the other side lay the bookstore—the gateway to the heart of the rebellion and the key to stopping a cosmic takeover.

  • ​The Goal: Intercept the Hunter before he reaches Elyon.
  • ​The Obstacle: The combined dark genius of Sakyo’s resources and Darts' ancient magic.
  • ​The Location: The transition zone between Meridian and Battle City.

​Phobos watched the heroes, a grim smile touching his lips. For the first time, the "wicked serpent" had underestimated the reach of his own shadow.

  the concept of this album is inspired by a joe rogan podcast i was listening to with my brother, where there was a part where he was talk about how we don't do big trials for "right of passage" into manhood anymore. which for some reason it never occurred to me before but eventually inspired this album idea which the title is from a line from the movie Ernest goes to camp.. the idea of the album.
