Deltora: The Ghost Frequency of Symphonia Castle
The digital sun of the Desert Sector hung motionless in the virtual sky, casting long, pixelated shadows across the dunes. Jeremie Belpois sat at the Supercomputer’s interface back in the real world, his fingers dancing across the keys with frantic precision.
"Guys, stay sharp," Jeremie’s voice crackled through the comms. "The signal for the Symphonian rift is getting stronger, but XANA is throwing everything he has at that sector to keep it closed."
The Unlikely Vanguard
On the ground—or rather, the sand—four heroes stood ready. They were a motley crew brought together by a tear in the multiverse that even Jeremie struggled to explain.
Yusuke Urameshi: The Spirit Detective, looking deeply annoyed that his Spirit Gun was now a high-definition energy blast.
Leaf: The wild-hearted fighter from Delora, gripping his dagger, his eyes scanning the horizon for more than just Akrid-like monsters.
Haru Glory: The Rave Master, his massive sword, Decorce, resting on his shoulder.
Jeremy (Virtual Avatar): For the first time, the "brain" was on the field, digitized into a sleek, futuristic suit to lead the way.
The Ambush
"Incoming!" Leaf shouted, his keen senses picking up the mechanical whirring before the others.
From behind a massive plateau, a swarm of Krabes and Bloks emerged, their lasers painting the sand with deadly red streaks.
"Finally, some action," Yusuke grinned. He leveled his finger. "Spirit Gun!"
Instead of a blue blast, a massive, concentrated beam of binary energy tore through the lead Krabe, shattering it into a cloud of fragments. Haru was right behind him, shifting his blade.
"Explosion!"
The impact of Haru’s sword sent a shockwave through the virtual sand, upending a line of Bloks. Leaf moved like a blur, his agility enhanced by the Lyoko environment. He leaped onto a Blok’s head, plunging his blade into the XANA eye with clinical efficiency.
Finding the Rift
"The portal isn't a tower!" Jeremie shouted over the din of battle, his avatar pointing toward a shimmering distortion in the heat haze. "It’s a localized collapse of the Sector’s logic. We need to reach it before the Scyphozoa arrives!"
"We’re on it!" Haru yelled, switching his sword to Silfarion for a burst of speed.
As they neared the rift, the sky began to bleed purple. The ground beneath them started to de-rez, revealing the white void below.
"The path to Symphonia is through that fracture," Leaf noted, pointing to a swirling vortex of golden light that looked out of place against the cold geometry of Lyoko. "I can feel the life force of my world on the other side."
The Final Push
A Megatank rolled into their path, unfolding to reveal its glowing core.
"I've got the shield!" Jeremie cried, deploying a digital barrier that rippled under the Megatank's massive laser. "Yusuke, now!"
"Don't have to tell me twice!" Yusuke poured every ounce of his Spirit Energy into a final shot. "Big bang... SPIRIT GUN!"
The blast collided with the Megatank just as Haru delivered a falling strike from above. The explosion cleared a path straight to the golden vortex.
"Go!" Jeremie commanded. "I’ll stay back to stabilize the connection from the terminal. If you find the Rave stones or the Belt of Deltora's fragments near the rift, use them to anchor the worlds!"
Leaf looked back at the boy genius. "We'll see you on the other side, Belpois."
One by one, the heroes leaped into the light. The Desert Sector vanished, replaced by the humming resonance of a world waiting to be saved. On his monitor back at Kadic Academy, Jeremie watched the four icons blink out of the Lyoko map and reappear in a sector marked: [COORDINATES: SYMPHONIA].
"Good luck, guys," Jeremie whispered. "The real fight is just beginning."
