Voyage to Symphonia: The Torran Chronicles

The Sea of Stars didn't care about destiny, but it certainly had a sense of irony.
When the Outlaw Star’s sub-ether drive hit a localized spatial distortion, Gene Starwind expected a pirate ambush. He didn't expect to find two teenagers standing in his cargo bay, one clutching a jagged, glowing sword and the other holding a belt studded with shimmering jewels.
The Meeting of Three Worlds
Gene Starwind stood at the airlock, his Caster gun leveled at the newcomers. "I don’t know what kind of cloaking tech you’re using, but it’s a hell of a way to hitch a ride. Speak up before I start shooting."
Leif of Del didn’t flinch. He adjusted the Belt of Deltora, the seven gems pulsing with a rhythmic light that seemed to calm the ship’s erratic sensors. "We are not your enemies," Leif said, his voice tempered by years of hunting shadows. "I am Leif, and we were pursuing a sorcery that... well, it clearly didn't lead us to the Shadowlands."
Haru Glory stepped forward, resting the massive Ten Powers blade on his shoulder. He looked out the viewing port at the swirling nebula and grinned. "Whoa. Is this the sky? It looks like a Rave stone exploded out there. I’m Haru! If you’ve got a problem with monsters or dark magic, I’m your guy."
The Crisis: The Void-Stalker
The ship groaned. Melfina’s voice crackled over the comms: "Gene, a bio-mechanical entity is phased into our hull. It is feeding on the ship's plasma—and something else. An ancient energy signature."
"The Shadow Lord," Leif whispered, his hand going to the topaz on his belt. "His influence has reached even the stars."
"Or the Demon Card," Haru countered, the Rave stone in his sword hilt glowing white-hot. "Whatever it is, it's hungry."
The Battle Plan
Gene cracked a smile. "Alright, Magic Boys. If you want to pay for your passage, you’re going to help me clear the hull. I’ll provide the cover fire; you two provide the... whatever it is you do."
Gene Starwind: Positioned on the exterior catwalk with a Caster shell—#13, the Black Hole.
Haru Glory: Switched the Ten Powers to Silfarion, granting him god-like speed to traverse the vacuum of the ship's exterior.
Leif of Del: Used the Belt’s Lapis Lazuli to sharpen his senses, guiding the others toward the creature’s hidden heart.
The Climax: Steel and Stardust
The creature was a nightmare of shifting oily smoke and jagged metal—a fusion of the Shadow Lord’s malice and deep-space debris.
"Haru, now!" Leif shouted, sensing the creature's core via the Emerald’s glow.
Haru blurred into motion, a streak of silver light. He swung the Ten Powers, shifting it mid-air into Runesave, the blade capable of cutting through magic itself. The creature shrieked as its ethereal form was forced into reality.
"My turn," Gene growled. He leveled the Caster gun. "This one's expensive, so don't miss the show!"
The #13 shell streaked out, a miniature singularity that collapsed the space around the monster. As it struggled against the gravity well, Leif stepped forward, the Diamond on his belt radiating a pure, blinding light that dissolved the remaining shadows into nothingness.
