Poltergeist Report: Requiem for the Symphonia Rose

The violet fog shifted again, the reality of the wasteland buckling under the weight of so many conflicting timelines. As the group stabilized, the scenery bled from a desolate plain into the jagged, metallic ruins of a crashed starship.

​The New Vanguard

​Gene Starwind spat a toothpick onto the rusted plating, his Caster Gun held low at his hip. "Great. Just great. I was halfway to a decent payday and now I’m stuck in a pocket dimension with a bunch of kids and a guy who looks like he’s late for school."

​Tenchi Masaki rubbed the back of his neck, looking more embarrassed than threatened. "To be fair, I was just trying to do some chores in the garden. One minute I’m pulling weeds, the next... well, here we are."

​Yusuke Urameshi smirked, sized up Gene’s oversized cape and the strange weapon. "Nice hardware, Pops. Hope you know how to use it, 'cause these shadow things don't take 'no' for an answer."

​The Assault

​The Shadow-Wraiths didn't wait for introductions. They surged from the wreckage, their forms taking on the jagged edges of the surrounding scrap metal.

  • ​Gene Starwind: He didn't hesitate, slamming a specialized shell into his Caster. "Number 4! Light!" A streak of burning white energy erupted from the barrel, piercing through a dozen wraiths and illuminating the entire crash site. "Don't just stand there, kid! Move!"
  • ​Tenchi: He dodged a shadowy claw with practiced ease. In a flash of light, the Master Key manifested in his hand, extending into a glowing energy blade. "Right!" He swung the blade in a wide arc, the Light Hawk Wing energy dissipating the shadows upon contact. "They seem to be drawn to the ship's power core!"

​The Tactical Shift

​Lief and Haru moved to flank the core, while Kurama stood back, observing the new arrivals.

​"The one with the glowing sword," Kurama noted, his Rose Whip flickering like a snake. "His energy is ancient. It harmonizes with the Belt of Deltora."

​"Then let's use it!" Lief shouted, holding the Belt aloft. The gems began to resonate with Tenchi’s blade, creating a protective dome of golden and blue light that scorched any shadow that tried to enter.

​Haru Glory leaped into the air, his sword shifting into its Runesave form. "I'll seal the rift! Gene, give me a path!"

​The Final Volley

​Gene grinned, his eyes locking onto the center of the swarm. "You got it, kid. Let's see if you can keep up with a Starwind!"

  1. ​Gene fired a rapid succession of Caster shells, creating a corridor of explosions that cleared the way.
  2. ​Yusuke leaped over Gene, charging a Spirit Gun with both hands. "Big Bang!" The massive blast acted as a shield, pushing the remaining shadows into a corner.
  3. ​Tenchi raised his blade, and for a moment, the faint outline of Light Hawk Wings appeared behind him. He channeled that immense power into Lief’s sword.
  4. ​Haru plunged the Runesave sword into the heart of the rift. Instead of an explosion, there was a vacuum of light.

​The Runesave blade "cut" the magic holding the dimension together, forcing the shadows back into the void from which they came.

​The Departure

​The metallic ruins began to pixelate and fade.

​"Not bad," Gene said, holstering his Caster and nodding to Yusuke. "If you ever find your way to Blue Heaven, look me up. I could use a guy with a punch like that."

​"I'll stick to my world, thanks," Yusuke replied with a wave. "Too much paperwork in yours."

​Tenchi looked at Lief and Haru. "I hope you guys get back to your homes safely. I think I've had enough excitement to last me through harvest season."

​Lief bowed his head in respect. "The gems showed me your hearts. You are all warriors of the light."

​As the rift finally collapsed, the five heroes were pulled back to their respective stars—leaving behind nothing but the fading echo of a Caster shot and the scent of the Masaki family's cherry blossoms..

Knights Of The Unicorn Court II-The Blade ,The Stone & The Arrow Full Album

  the concept of this album is inspired by a joe rogan podcast i was listening to with my brother, where there was a part where he was talk about how we don't do big trials for "right of passage" into manhood anymore. which for some reason it never occurred to me before but eventually inspired this album idea which the title is from a line from the movie Ernest goes to camp.. the idea of the album.
