Queen Tsunami: The Resurrection of Preventer Wind
The barrier between realities didn’t shatter; it dissolved like salt in water. Four souls, each a pillar of their own timeline, found themselves standing upon a platform of pure, white marble floating in a sea of shifting nebulae.
The Gathering of Blades
Sora was the first to move, his oversized boots squeaking on the pristine floor. He summoned the Kingdom Key in a flash of light, his eyes darting around with a mixture of wariness and habitual optimism.
"Okay," Sora muttered, "not the World That Never Was. Too... sparkly."
"I’d put away the giant key if I were you," a calm, commanding voice rang out. Standing near the edge of the platform was Zechs Marquis. His tall, silver-masked figure was draped in a crimson uniform, his hand resting casually but firmly on the hilt of a rapier. Behind him, the ghost-white silhouette of the Tallgeese seemed to shimmer in the astral mist. "In a place this quiet, aggression is a loud signal."
Across from them, a young man with silver hair and a massive, jagged sword wrapped in cloth stepped forward. Haru Glory, the Rave Master, looked less intimidated and more curious. The stone embedded in his sword, the Ten Commandments, pulsed with a soft, rhythmic light.
"The Ten Powers aren't sensing any immediate evil," Haru said, offering a small, lopsided grin to Sora. "I’m Haru. I think we’re all in the same boat—or whatever this floating rock is."
The Calm in the Storm
While the three warriors sized each other up, a fourth man sat cross-legged in the center of the platform. Tenchi Masaki looked the most out of place, dressed in simple clothes that suggested he’d just been tending to a carrot patch in Okayama. Yet, the air around him was the densest.
"You guys feel it too, right?" Tenchi asked, looking up. "The energy here... it’s not just magic or technology. It’s like the foundation of everything."
"A nexus," Zechs observed, walking toward them. He removed his mask, revealing the weary eyes of Milliardo Peacecraft. "I have fought for the peace of a single planet, but this place feels like the peace of a thousand universes."
The Convergence
Their meeting was interrupted by a ripple in the nebula. Shadows—featureless, ink-black voids—began to crawl over the edges of the marble. They weren't Heartless, and they weren't the Dark Bring; they were a systemic erasure of existence.
The four didn't need a strategy meeting. Their roles were instinctual:
Sora took the lead, his movements a blur of magic and strikes. "Reflect!" he shouted, a hexagonal barrier shimmering into existence to shield Tenchi.
Haru Glory unwrapped his blade. "Form Six: Mel Force!" He swung the sword, creating a vacuum of air that blew back the encroaching shadows, clearing a path for the others.
Zechs Marquis moved with the lethal precision of a soldier. He didn't have his mobile suit, but his swordsmanship was flawless, striking the core of the shadows before they could reform. "Tactical efficiency," he noted dryly, "is universal."
Tenchi Masaki stood up. He didn't reach for a weapon, but the Light Hawk Wings manifested—three glowing translucent feathers of energy that hummed with the power to create or destroy worlds. With a gentle wave of his hand, the shadows simply ceased to be.
A Quiet Farewell
As the shadows dissipated, the nebula began to pull them back toward their respective homes.
"I guess the multiverse just needed a quick tune-up," Sora laughed, dismissing his Keyblade. He looked at the others—the soldier, the hero, and the demi-god. "I've met a lot of people, but you guys are alright."
"Keep that light of yours burning, kid," Haru said, shouldering his massive blade. "The world needs people who smile while they fight."
Zechs gave a curt, respectful nod. "May your paths be clearer than mine have been."
Tenchi just smiled, the most grounded of the group despite his power. "If you're ever in Japan... stop by the shrine. We have plenty of carrots."
With a flash of white, the marble platform was empty. Four worlds resumed their spin, a little safer for having crossed paths for a single, silent moment.
