Sage of the North: The Ghost Summoner and the Rise of King Yomi The Journey Trail Album Outro
The dimensional rift didn’t open with a bang, but with the shimmering, cherry-blossom scent of Sakura Avalon’s magic.
Standing in the center of a grassy clearing in Narnia, Sakura gripped her Star Staff, her eyes wide. Beside her, Haru Glory rested the massive Decaforce Sword on his shoulder. "Plue, I don't think we're in Garage Island anymore," he muttered as his strange little dog-creature shivered.
"You think?" A voice crackled with static energy. Yusuke Urameshi leaned against a nearby oak, his green spirit jacket frayed at the sleeves. "I was halfway through a bowl of ramen when the sky turned pink. If this is a demon plot, someone’s getting a Spirit Gun to the face."
The Gathering of Kings
Their conversation was cut short by the thundering of hooves. Two figures on horseback charged into the clearing, swords drawn.
High King Peter Pevensie and Prince Caspian skidded to a halt. Peter looked regal in his silver hauberk, his gaze stern but weary. Caspian, his hair windswept, lowered his blade slightly when he saw Sakura’s youthful face.
"Identify yourselves," Peter commanded, the weight of a thousand battles in his voice. "This wood is under the protection of the Crown."
"Cool your jets, Your Majesty," Yusuke said, pushing off the tree. "We’re just the lucky winners of a cross-dimensional lottery."
The Shadow of Meridian
Before Peter could respond, the temperature plummeted. The vibrant Narnian green turned a sickly, bruised purple. From a swirl of dark mist emerged Prince Phobos of Meridian. His long, blonde hair flowed behind him like a silken shroud, and his eyes dripped with aristocratic disdain.
"Such a quaint collection of heroes," Phobos sneered, his hands glowing with dark energy. "A king without a kingdom, a boy with a toy sword, and a child playing with cards. This realm is ripe for a more... refined ruler."
The Battle for the Clearing
Phobos didn't wait for a rebuttal. He unleashed a wave of thorny vines that erupted from the ground.
The Defense: Sakura reacted instantly. "FLY!" she shouted, her wings manifesting to lift her and Haru out of reach.
The Counter-Attack: Peter and Caspian moved in perfect synchronization. Caspian vaulted off his horse, his rapier parrying a magical bolt, while Peter’s shield caught the brunt of Phobos's telekinetic blast.
The Powerhouse: "Out of the way!" Yusuke yelled. He leveled his index finger. "Spirit Gun!"
The blast of blue energy collided with Phobos’s magical barrier, the shockwave rattling the trees. Phobos stumbled, his composure slipping into a snarl.
"Haru, now!" Sakura cried, using the Windy card to pin Phobos’s arms.
Haru’s sword shifted form. "Melforce!" A blast of pressurized air slammed into Phobos, sending the tyrant flying back into the mist from which he came.
A Moment of Peace
As the darkness receded, the sun broke through the canopy. Peter sheathed Rhindon and offered a hand to Yusuke. "You fight with the heart of a lion, stranger. Though your manners could use work."
"I get that a lot," Yusuke grinned, shaking the King's hand.
Caspian turned to Sakura and Haru. "If you are to stay in Narnia while you seek a way home, you shall have the hospitality of Cair Paravel."
Sakura smiled, her Star Staff shrinking back into a key. "I think we'd like that. Right, Plue?"
The little creature chirped, and for a moment, the clash of worlds felt less like a disaster and more like the start of a legendary alliance.
