Goku’s Great Adventure! The Secret of the Raven King’s Dream

The mist clung to the roots of Mount Paozu like a living thing, thick and smelling of damp earth and ancient secrets. In the center of a small clearing stood a humble hut, where a young boy with gravity-defying hair sat cross-legged. Before him, resting on a silk pillow, was the Four-Star Dragon Ball—the only piece of his grandfather, Gohan, that the march of time hadn't managed to steal.

"Water is ever-flowing," a voice echoed, shimmering through the trees. It wasn't a sound, but a feeling—like a cool stream pressing against the mind.

Goku stood, his hand instinctively reaching for the Power Pole strapped to his back. "Who's there?"

The Gathering at the Threshold

Out of the treeline emerged a motley group that looked as though they had been plucked from different worlds. Yusuke Urameshi led the way, his green uniform tattered, followed closely by Haru Glory, who gripped the hilt of the Ten Commandments sword. Sakura Avalon hovered near the back, her eyes wide with a mix of wonder and dread, while Keroberos, the winged guardian, flew circles around her head.

"It feels like we're being watched," Kero hissed, his golden fur bristling. "There’s something strange around here. The magic... it’s heavy."

"That’s because we aren’t alone," said a cold, regal voice. Phobos stepped from the shadows, his long hair trailing behind him. He didn't look at the others; his gaze was fixed on the Dragon Ball.

The Revelation

Phobos turned to the group, his expression unreadable. "You seek the beast Toguro, thinking him the monster of Symphonia. You are mistaken. Toguro is a symptom; the true beast wears a human mask, hiding in plain sight."

"Then who is it?" Haru demanded, the Decorce Stone in his sword beginning to hum.

Phobos pointed a slender finger toward the horizon, where the mountains met the sky. "The mage who can reveal him is the only one who can see past the flesh. But vision is not enough. To break the glamour, you must touch the beast with the Heart of Kandrakar. Only then will the human form fail, and the true terror be unleashed."

The Sole Guardian

Goku stepped between the strangers and his grandfather’s treasure. He didn't know about Kandrakar or the beast Phobos spoke of, but he knew the weight of his responsibility.

"I don't know who you're looking for," Goku said, his voice steady despite the strange energy vibrating in the air. "But my Grandpa told me to protect this. If your beast is coming here, he's going to have to get through me first."

"The water flows," the mysterious voice whispered again, closer now. "But even the strongest river breaks against the stone."

Yusuke stepped forward, a smirk playing on his lips as he began to gather Spirit Light in his fingertip. "Relax, kid. We aren't here for your glass ball. But if Phobos is right, and there's a monster playing dress-up as a human nearby... well, I’ve never been good at leaving well enough alone."

The air grew cold. The birds stopped singing. The "something strange" Keroberos had sensed was no longer a feeling—it was a presence, towering and invisible, standing just beyond the edge of the clearing
