Dragon Wings: Chronicles of the City of Giants Progressive Rock Type Beat

The air in the Crystal Palace of the Moon Kingdom didn’t just grow cold; it grew brittle, as if the very atoms were freezing in fear.
"For every age, there is a time of trial," the Sage whispered, his voice like dry parchment. "Even the mountains had to endure the lash of primordial gales before they could become the steady earth beneath us. I have seen many winters, but only one Great Ordeal that forged a Champion for All Time."
The Shadow of Avlar
High above the lunar plains, within the jagged spires of her dark fortress, Queen Beryl of Avlar threw back her head. Her laughter was a jagged blade.
"I am tired of resistance! I am going to create a monster to end all monsters!" she cackled, her eyes burning with an unholy amethyst light. She looked down at the ritual circle, where six figures stood—displaced, confused, yet radiating a power that made her skin crawl.
The Gathering of Six
Yugi Muto stepped forward, his hand instinctively hovering over the Millennium Puzzle. Beside him stood the light-bearer Usagi, the card-mistress Sakura Avalon, the rebellious spirit-detective Yusuke Urameshi, the conflicted Prince Phobos, and the sword-wielder Haru Glory.
Yugi looked up at the towering, translucent monuments surrounding the throne room. "Those statues made of crystal... they appear to be dragons," he noted, his voice steady despite the chaos.
Beryl’s grin widened. "Observation is a gift, little King. I’m going to send my creation to destroy every dragon in the cosmos. All I need are their wings to fuel the spell that will finally conquer the Moon!"
The Great Ordeal
The Queen didn't wait. She unleashed the Mega Force, a torrent of dark energy that tore through the fabric of the lunar atmosphere. The sky turned the color of a bruised lung. The ground beneath the heroes began to liquefy into shadow.
Seeing the end of her era approaching, Queen Serenity stepped into the light. She knew these heroes—these children of destiny—were not yet ready to face a monster of this magnitude on her dying soil.
"To the future," Serenity commanded, her voice echoing through the silver halls. "Go where the light still has room to grow."
With a final, desperate surge of the Silver Crystal, the children of the moon were cast forward through the corridors of time, hurtling toward a 21st-century Earth. They were the seeds of a new world, planted in the soil of the future to wait for the moment the monster would rise again.

  the concept of this album is inspired by a joe rogan podcast i was listening to with my brother, where there was a part where he was talk about how we don't do big trials for "right of passage" into manhood anymore. which for some reason it never occurred to me before but eventually inspired this album idea which the title is from a line from the movie Ernest goes to camp.. the idea of the album.
