Nightmare Park: Infinite Dimensions & The Silver Ray

The lingering echo of a regal voice still vibrated through the cold stone chamber, soft yet imposing.
“Elyion, this is the throne you will sit on as Queen of Meridian...”
Prince Phobos snapped awake, his eyes flashing open as cold sweat slicked his pale brow. The faded residue of the vision clung to his mind like cobwebs. In the dream, he had seen his sister Elyion atop the throne of light, but as he watched her, a sudden, unnatural lethargy had seeped through his own veins, making him feel drowsy, hollow, and impossibly weak. He rubbed his temples, pushing his dark hair back as his gaze swept the darkened hideout.
Where had King Raizen hidden it? The Silver Ray—that devastating weapon of pure radiant force—had to be somewhere within the ancient archives or buried beneath the shifting layers of the Demon World. Raizen was a creature of absolute pride, but even he knew the danger of letting such power fall into the wrong hands.
Phobos stood up, his cloak sweeping behind him as he paced toward the hidden balcony overlooking the fog-choked canopy. "Why is it so hard to locate our fellow rebels?" he muttered into the quiet night. A whispered rumor passed down through forgotten codices flickered in his thoughts: there is a legend of a magical city forged within the eternal fires. If the rest of the resistance had taken refuge there, burning away their footprints in mystical flames, Cedric's scouts would never reach them. "Alert our contacts," Phobos commanded into the shadows, watching a trusted spirit detach itself from the wall to deliver the warning.
Turning back toward the center of the chamber, Phobos faced his allies in the resistance. Stand-offish and weapon-ready, Haru Glory rested the massive flat of his Decaforce Sword against his shoulder, while Musica, leader of the Silver Rhythm Gang, casually tossed a piece of silver wire between his fingers.
"Listen to me carefully," Phobos said, his voice urgent and edged with determination. "Cedric and Doryu cannot get their claws on my sisters—neither Queen Elyion, nor Will Vandom, leader of the Guardians. If those two villains combine Cedric's dark trickery with Doryu's dark magic, they will tear Meridian and the Demon World apart."
Musica narrowed his eyes, leaning against a carved pillar. "We're with you in this fight, Phobos. But tracking the Silver Ray to destroy it while dodging Cedric and Doryu's forces isn't going to be easy."
"My sisters and the rest of our rebel forces must be hiding deep within the Meridian Forest," Phobos insisted, stepping closer to Haru. "Tell me where it is. Where did King Raizen hide the Silver Ray? We must find and destroy it before Cedric and Doryu's Shadow Guard gets their hands on it. They’ve already chased our outer scouts deep into the Nightmare Forest."
Haru’s expression hardened, his grip tightening on the hilt of his blade. He looked Phobos dead in the eye, the air between them thick with a sudden, suffocating pressure as the ambient energy of the realm pulsed around them.
"If they're in the Nightmare Forest, then time has already run out for simple search parties," Haru said quietly, his voice carrying a gravity that stilled the room. "And if Elyion and Will are leading the stand against Cedric and Doryu, there's more that you need to know about the situation here in the Demon World—things I haven't told you yet."
