Dragon’s Crest: Seal of Phobos — Legend of the Sword of the Veil (The Motion Picture)

The air in the ruined sanctuary was thick with tension, heavy with the scent of ozone and ancient stone. Masaki turned his back to the grand altar, his cloak billowing slightly in the draft.
"Answer me now, Masaki," a voice commanded from the shadows. "It all depends on your answer. So you're really going to leave?"
Masaki paused, his hand hovering over his traveling pack. He didn't look back as he spoke, his voice quiet but steady. "But Phobos... weren't you the one who raised Ash Ketchum and Genji as your own sons?"
The Confession of Prince Phobos
From the darkness of the pillar, Prince Phobos stepped forward. The golden accents of his regal attire catch the dim light of the dying fire. A bitter, self-deprecating smile touched his lips.
"Yes," Phobos whispered, the admission costing him dearly. "I've watched them develop over the years. I thought if I could harness their power, I could unite Meridian and the Limitless Fortress and put an end to the war. But in doing so, I became intoxicated with that power... and I betrayed their trust in me."
He closed his eyes, the weight of a thousand years of ambition and regret pressing down on his shoulders.
"Let me tell you a story of Victini and the people of the Tora," Phobos continued, his voice taking on a rhythmic, storytelling quality. "Over a thousand years ago, the people of Torra proudly lived under the rule of a mighty king. The kingdom drew its energy from the Dragon Force—the very same power that flows invisibly throughout the Kingdom of Meridian."
The Oath of Deltora
Phobos gestured to the massive, crumbling walls of the sanctuary, where ancient murals depicted a mythical, winged creature radiating absolute victory.
"We, the people of Torra, pledge our undying allegiance to Odin, King of Deltora, and the royal bloodline," Phobos recited, the ancient vow flowing effortlessly from his memory. "If this vow is ever broken, may the great stone of fire—the heart of our fair city—crack and decay, and may our people be swept away by regret, forever to live in dishonor."
The Discovery of the Seal
Across the chamber, knelt before a massive, fractured slab of obsidian, was Sakura Avalon. Her wand rested beside her as she brushed away centuries of dust from the runic inscriptions.
"The prophecy..." Sakura murmured, her eyes wide as she read off the great stone tablet. She looked up, clutching a rubbing of the ancient text. "The Seal of Phobos... It's a small metal talisman with a royal crest."
She turned back to Masaki and Phobos, her voice trembling with the gravity of her discovery.
The Artifact: The Seal of Phobos
The Theft: Stolen by a dark witch ten years ago.
The Consequence: Used to kidnap the young Queen Elyon.
The Destination: To cross the dimensional rift from Meridian to Earth—specifically, to the mysterious, long-lost borders on the other side of the world... the Forgotten Realms.
Masaki finally turned around, looking at the broken prince and the young mage. The pieces of the cosmic puzzle were finally falling into place. The war of the Limitless Fortress, the stolen queen, and the legacy of the dragon's fire were all connected by a single, desperate act of betrayal.
"Then we have no choice," Masaki said, tightening the straps of his pack. "If we are going to fix this, we have to cross over. Earth is waiting."
