Bubble Gum Crisis II- Candy Coated Nightmare Outro - Dream of Another World: The Suspended Dark Cloud

The standard geometry of space and time didn’t apply in the Veil of Phantasms. The sky was an unsettling, bruised purple, torn open by jagged tears that leaked static and forgotten memories.
This was the deepest layer of the nightmare realm, a shifting landscape forged from the subconscious fears of the waking world. And somewhere at the heart of this fractured maze, Kyogi Kagimi was trapped.
The Vanguard Assemble
"Keep your eyes peeled, everyone," Spyro called out, his scales gleaming with a faint, reassuring warmth against the oppressive gloom. He trotted at the front of the unusual convoy, Sparx buzzing anxiously around his horns. "This place smells worse than Ripto’s dungeon after a bad potion mix."
Beside him, Klonoa adjusted his wind ring, his long ears twitching at the sound of distant, distorted whispers. "The dream energy here is completely warped," he muttered, his voice tight. "It’s not just a regular nightmare. It’s actively trying to rewrite who we are."
"Let it try," Icky spat, shifting his weight. Even in a dreamscape where gravity was a suggestion, the Air Gear Storm Rider refused to take off his ATs (Air Trecks). The motorized skates hummed a defiant, mechanical tune against the obsidian-like ground. "A bunch of bad dreams aren’t going to slow me down. I’ve faced worse on the streets."
Masaki Karsu remained silent, his gaze fixed on the horizon where a monolithic, twisted tower of mirrors pierced the purple sky. His hands were buried deep in his pockets, but his posture was razor-sharp. He knew the dangers of navigating unstable dimensions; one wrong step and you became a permanent fixture of the landscape.
"We need a direct route," Takuya Kanbara said, pulling his goggles down over his eyes. The D-Tector in his pocket thrummed with a familiar warmth, a stark contrast to the biting chill of the nightmare. "If Kyogi is in that tower, we don't have time to sightsee. The longer he's in there, the deeper the nightmare roots."
"Then we carve a path," Tatsuma Heyu said quietly. The Tokyo Majin fighter closed his eyes for a brief second, channeling the golden, celestial Qi that ran through his veins. When he opened them, his fists glowed with a brilliant, purifying light. "The shadows are moving. Get ready."
Through the Looking Glass
As if summoned by Tatsuma's light, the ground beneath them bubbled. Phantoms—faceless, weeping entities clad in armor made of shattered glass—rose from the ooze.
Icky was the first to move. With a fierce grin, he executed a hard carve into the air, utilizing the dream's warped physics to ride up an invisible wall of wind. “Moonstruck Drop!” he shouted, spinning into a cyclone of kicks that shattered the front line of phantoms into harmless dust.
Spyro took to the air, unleashing a torrent of flame that turned the approaching nightmares into smoke. "Takuya, now!" the dragon yelled.
Takuya raised his D-Tector to the sky. "Execute! Spirit Evolution!" In a flash of crimson light, he transformed into Agunimon. With a roar, he slammed his flaming gauntlets into the ground, unleashing a wave of fire that cleared a massive path straight to the tower's base.
"Klonoa, with me!" Tatsuma shouted, leaping forward. His fists broke through the defenses of a massive, towering shadow beast
