Takuya Kanbara, a young man who wielded the power of fire, and Kyogi Kagimi, a seasoned fighter from a different realm, had been tracking a ripple in the energy fields. They were joined by a mysterious figure in a tuxedo and top hat, known only as Tuxedo Mask, whose motivations were unclear, but whose help was invaluable.

Suddenly, Takuya and Kyogi burst into the room. Queen Beryl's eyes narrowed as she saw them.
"So, you're Masaki Karsu, the last of the four kings of the Volts," she said, her voice dripping with venom. "I've heard the rumors about you."
Takuya stepped forward, his eyes blazing with determination. "I am Takuya Kanbara," he declared. "And we are here to find the spirit of Koji Minamoto."
