Four Kings of Heaven: Awakening of the Phantom Archive

The chamber of the Queen of Thorns was always cold, but today, the tension made it freezing.
Nephrite stood at the base of the dais, his posture immaculate but his eyes sharp. Above him sat Rika, the Queen of Thorns and older sister to Icky, the notorious leader of Kogarasumaru.
"Nephrite," Rika’s voice echoed, dripping with venom. "I hear you are having trouble gathering energy for our great ruler. Is that true?"
Nephrite permitted himself a small, dangerous smile. "The universe wasn't built in a day, my Queen."
"You watch your tongue," Rika hissed, the thorny vines wrapped around her throne tightening in response to her anger. "Question my orders again, and you'll find yourself right alongside Makubex, in the eternal slumber of the Sleeping Forest."
Nephrite bowed, though his eyes never left hers. "Yes, my Queen. I will succeed in my mission. I am, after all, one of the Four Kings of the Heavens."
Before Rika could reply, the heavy iron doors of the throne room burst open. Masaki Katsu and Kyogi Kagimi hurried inside, their faces pale and chests heaving from a dead sprint.
"Someone kidnapped Makubex!" Masaki shouted, his voice echoing off the high stone walls.
Kyogi stepped forward, looking around the room frantically before turning his attention to Ginji Amano, who stood tense near the center of the room. Flanked by Sora Takeuchi and Ban Mido on either side, with Thread Master Kazuki and Ranmaru Shino standing like lethal shadows right behind them, the group demanded answers.
"Don't you have any idea, Lightning Emperor?" Kyogi pressed, desperation bleeding into his tone.
From the shadows near the back of the room, a massive silhouette shifted. Akira Udo, the King of Beasts, stepped into the dim light, a low growl rumbling in his chest as he gestured to the glowing terminal behind them.
"This is the database that holds everything in the Limitless Fortress," Akira added grimly. "Or, as it's commonly known... the Archive. If they have Makubex, they have the keys to it all."
