The Dark Master's Alchemist: Dr. Jekyll and the Road Beneath the Earth
The damp forest air clung heavily to the trees as three figures slipped through the shadows. The sky above was a bruised purple, dominated by a crimson moon and a jagged, dark fortress looming in the distance.
"Halt! Who goes there?" a sharp voice rang out from the brush. A weapon clicked in the darkness.
"It's me, Masaki Karsu, and Kyogi Kagimi!" Masaki called out, raising his hands slowly.
A rugged man with a scar running down his jawline stepped forward, eyeing them intently. He lowered his weapon slightly, sniffing the air with a grim expression. "You don't carry the stench of Babylon City's beast... so you must be friends." He sighed, the weight of a hundred battles resting on his shoulders. "Who are you?"
"I am the leader of the resistance," the man replied, gesturing toward the dark fantasy armor he wore under his coat. "Although, I'm not able to do much against the dark wizard anymore..."
"It should be easy!" a confident voice interrupted. Hunter Steele, the Spider Rider, emerged from the treeline, his armored hand resting on his hip.
"Easy? 'Easy,' he says," a cynical voice muttered from the gloom. Dr. Jekyll stepped into the dim light of the blood moon, his expression taut with anxiety. "Nothing is easy these days."
Jekyll pointed a trembling, gaunt finger toward the jagged peaks splitting the horizon. "There, in the mountains, is the road beneath the earth. Akunai, find the key. If we don't unlock the path before the wizard's shadows find us, none of us will live to see tomorrow."
