Genesis War: Future Energy Chronicles – Awakening of the Dream Castle 🏰🌑
🌑The neon canopy of Babylon City faded into a desolate, jagged horizon where the rust of the old world swallowed the ambitions of the new. Deep within this wasteland sat the Dream Yard—an sprawling, skeletal labyrinth of an abandoned research facility. Decades ago, scientists here had cracked open a terrifying frontier: Future Energy, a volatile, glowing plasma with the unparalleled power to collapse the barrier between the human mind and physical space, turning dreams or nightmares into absolute reality.
Rain-slicked iron groaned under a dark sky choked with stars. Inside the facility’s hollowed-out core, a mismatched alliance stood surrounded by towering mountains of scrap metal and defunct machinery.
Karasu stepped forward, his dark trench coat catching the faint, eerie luminescence of the machinery. His voice was a calm, chilling purr as he turned to face Kagimi, an elite operative from Babylon City.
"The tether is holding," Karasu said, a dark smile playing on his lips. "But we need more power if we are to pierce the veil entirely."
Kagimi adjusted his coat, his sharp eyes scanning the massive, swirling vortex hovering above the center of the yard. It was the Black Dream Hole—a dense, gravity-defying tear in reality that rippled with purple and pitch-black energy.
"The children of Babylon City are sleeping," Kagimi replied coldly. "Their minds are fragile, fertile ground. The harvesters are already at work."
Nearby, Icky, the fiercely independent leader of the Kagerasmaru, leaned against a rusted car chassis, his eyes fixed on the vortex. While he usually answered to no one, the sheer potential of Future Energy to reshape the world—or destroy it—had drawn him directly into the center of the fray.
"If this 'Future Energy' can solidify anything we imagine, then a black hole made of pure nightmare is going to swallow more than just Babylon City," Icky muttered, checking the gear on his boots. "We're playing with fire here."
Further back in the shadows, Sesshomaru stood completely still, his long silver hair catching the starlight, his expression unreadable and detached. To him, the squabbles over human technology were trivial, yet the sheer, disruptive spiritual pressure of the Dream Hole was something even the great demon lord could not ignore. Beside him, Naraku watched the vortex with an intense, calculated hunger, already plotting how to weave the nightmare energy into his own malicious designs.
Suddenly, a brilliant flash of pink and golden light cut through the gloom of the junkyard.
"Stop right there!"
Sailor Moon emerged at the top of a scrap heap, her Crescent Moon Wand raised high, radiating a warm, defiant energy that pushed back against the oppressive darkness of the facility. "Stealing the innocent dreams of children to feed a vortex of nightmares... I won't allow it! In the name of the moon, I will punish you!"
Right beside her, Ash Ketchum stepped up, adjusting his cap with absolute determination as Pikachu sparks flew from his cheeks. "You guys think you can just use people's dreams for destruction? No way! Pikachu, get ready!"
From the opposite side of the yard, James of Team Rocket emerged from the shadows of an old crane, flanked by Meowth. Though normally bumbling, the gravity of the Dream Yard had given them a rare, sharp edge. "Oh, the purveyors of justice have arrived," James scoffed, holding a single dark rose. "But you're far too late to stop the awakening of the Dream Castle!"
The air grew thick as the Black Dream Hole pulsed violently, responding to the conflicting emotions in the yard. The battle for the ultimate source of reality-bending energy was about to begin under the cold, silent watch of the stars.
