Wrath of Kandrakar: The Black Isle Teranog and the Fangs of the Abyssal Beast
The polished mahogany of the ancient portal frame still smelled faintly of ozone and burned oak. When Bloom placed her palm against the wood, the magic of the object flared to life, pulling the room into a vivid, waking memory.
The air grew cold. Ghosts of past moments flickered across the chamber, showing glimpses of desperate retreats and fading gateways. They couldn't choose which memories the room surrendered, but the vision settled on the moment that mattered most: the center of the chamber, where a glowing ring of pure light hummed against the stone floor.
"Here it is," Bloom whispered, her voice echoing in the vision. "The last white circle. This is the last hope for the fairies to escape the fairy hunters in the human world and return to our realm, the Isle of Tir Na Nog."
Around the circle, the air rippled with dark, chaotic energy. The black wizards were gaining power by the hour, and across the realms, the ancient gates were disappearing one by one into void and ash.
Bloom turned her gaze toward Diaz and Scarface, her expression hardened by the weight of the war. "You should already be familiar with it," she said, stepping forward as dragon fire sparkled along her fingertips. "A fear of death so intense that it rips your soul to shreds. But there's only one power in the world that can overcome such a profound fear."
"The power of your own mind," Prince Phobos added, stepping through the doorway into the chamber.
Alongside Phobos walked his sisters: Will Vandom, her heart glowing with the pink radiance of the Kandrakar energy, and Queen Elyon, her aura shimmering with the supreme magic of Meridian.
"Fear feeds the dark wizards," Elyon said, raising her hands to stabilize the collapsing magic of the room. "If we yield to the panic of a closing gate, Tir Na Nog stays locked away forever."
Will stepped up to the edge of the White Circle, the Heart of Kandrakar pulsing in harmony with the white light beneath their feet. "Then we don't yield. We hold the line, clear the path, and bring everyone home."
The memory vibrated, reaching its peak as light from the White Circle flared—a temporary shield against the dark, waiting for the final stand that would decide the fate of both worlds.
