Legend of the Fang Regalia: The Belt of Deltora and the Sky-Tower Climbers

The campfire crackled, casting long, flickering shadows against the jagged stones of the ruins. It was a strange gathering—four souls from vastly different worlds, pulled together by a shimmering rift in reality that none of them quite understood.

The Misfit Fellowship

Jill, the Guardian from the Tower of Druagga, sat with his back against a crumbled pillar. He was busy polishing his shield, his brow furrowed in concentration. To him, this felt like just another floor of a twisted dungeon, though the air here smelled of salt and asphalt rather than ancient magic.

"You’re going to rub a hole through that metal if you keep it up," a voice chirped from above.

Jill looked up to see Itsuki "Ikki" Minami, the Baby Face of the AT world, perched precariously on a high ledge. He wasn't wearing boots; instead, his motorized Air Treks hummed softly, the purple LEDs glowing in the dark.

"In my world, gear has to be perfect," Ikki said, grinning as he performed a casual backflip off the ledge, landing soundlessly on his wheels. "If a bearing sticks at 200 kilometers per hour, you don't just lose a fight—you become a sidewalk pancake."

"Speed is a luxury," muttered Leif, the King of Deltora. He sat cross-legged, the Seven Gems of the Belt of Deltora glinting faintly under his cloak. "In the forests of my home, speed leads to traps. Caution is what keeps you alive when the Shadow Lord's breath is on your neck."

A Clash of Styles

The tension in the air wasn't hostile, just... confused.

Jill was looking for a way to climb higher.

Leif was looking for a way to restore the land.

Ikki was just looking for the highest point to jump off of.

"So, King-man," Ikki said, circling Leif on his skates, "that belt. It’s got some serious 'Regalia' vibes. Does it let you fly? Grant you infinite grip?"

Leif looked down at the Belt. "It grants me the strength of my people and the clarity to see through illusions. It is not a toy, Itsuki."

"Everything’s a toy if you’re brave enough," Ikki shot back, though he stopped his circling out of a rare moment of respect for the weight Leif clearly carried.

The Ambush

The quiet was shattered by a low, rhythmic thumping—the sound of massive, chitinous legs scraping against stone. From the darkness emerged a swarm of Slimes and armored warriors, the lingering remnants of the Tower’s influence merged with the Shadow Lord’s sorcery.

Jill stood instantly, his sword gleaming. "Goblins? No... something else. Get behind me!"

"Behind you?" Ikki laughed, the motors in his Air Treks screaming as they hit top speed. "I don't do 'behind'!"

Ikki became a blur of blue and purple light. He used the crumbling walls as vertical runways, creating localized vacuums with his Moonstruck Numberless Grappler technique. He didn't just hit the monsters; he used the wind pressure to knock them into each other, turning the battlefield into a chaotic pinball machine.

Leif didn't hesitate. He drew the Sword of Deltora, the Topaz on his belt glowing with a brilliant golden light that burned away the shadows creeping around them. "Jill! To your left!"

Jill pivoted, catching a massive blow on his shield. He grunted, digging his heels into the dirt. "I've got the front! Leif, find the source!"

The Synergy

It was a bizarre but effective rhythm:

Jill acted as the unbreakable wall, drawing the enemies' focus.

Leif moved with the grace of a woodsman, his blade finding the gaps in the monsters' armor that only a King’s intuition could spot.

Ikki was the wild card, raining down sonic booms from the ceiling and snatching enemies into the air only to drop them from twenty stories up.

As the last of the shadow-creatures dissolved into mist, the trio stood panting in the center of the ruins.

"Not bad," Ikki said, clicking his skates into 'walk' mode. "You guys have zero style, but you’ve got heart."

Jill wiped sweat from his forehead and offered a rare, tired smile. "And you have no discipline, but you have... whatever that was."

Leif sheathed his sword, looking up at the strange stars of this pocket dimension. "Different worlds, different weapons. But the fight remains the same."

The rift began to pulse again, a doorway of light opening in the center of the camp. They knew it was time to go back—to the Tower, to Deltora, and to the open skies of Tokyo. They didn't say goodbye; heroes like them knew that in the vastness of the multiverse, paths that cross once usually find a way to cross again.

Who was the fourth person you wanted to include in this crossover?
